• UpFront Pricing
  With UpFront pricing, not only will you know exactly what's wrong with your heating or air conditioning equipment, but you will also receive a written quote before any work is started.  For a minimal diagnostic fee, it's an excellent value designed to keep customers informed and educated UpFront regarding possible problems and solutions to all types of equipment problems.
  
  
• Pre-Installation Walk Through
  To ensure a smooth installation process, our Foreman will contact you after you sign a contract for your project. This process will describe how the installation will go and how all ducts and lines and flues will be installed. We will arrange for access to your home for the day of the install. Our Foreman will answer any questions you might have, and make sure that what you bought is what you are going to have installed. We strive for as little inconvenience to you and your home as possible. This is one of our ways of accomplishing this. At this time you will be given the installation date, the time our crew will arrive and the duration of the project.
  
  
• Precision Tune Ups
  Just as your car needs regular tune-ups to stay in the best condition, so does your heating and air conditioning system.  Aire-Flo offers a comprehensive tune up program designed to keep you comfortable at all times, by keeping your heating and air conditioning equipment running at its peak performance.
  
  
• Emergency Equipment Replacement
  If your critical heating equipment breaks, Aire-Flo will provide next day service to get you back up and running. Call Aire-Flo to find out what equipment is covered under this great program.
  
  
• Aire-Flo Referral Program
  Because Aire-Flo strives to always keep customers happy, we offer a special referral program to you, our valued customer.  If you refer a friend or family member to Aire-Flo and we complete the heating or air conditioning job for your friend or family member, we are pleased to offer you a $40 gift certificate to either Newport Bay Restaurant or Stanfords Restaurant.  It's our way of saying "Thank You" to satisfied customers for entrusting us to deliver great customer service and products to your friends and family.
  
  
• Free In-home Consultations
  Aire-Flo offers free in-home consultations with our comfort specialists to provide you with a comfort solution designed specifically to meet your needs. All you need to do is call our office to schedule your one-on-one consultation to discuss your heating and air conditioning needs.  Our UpFront Pricing program is also included in these consultations, so you'll have an UpFront estimate for your job to ensure you're comfortable with all aspects of the work that will be conducted on your home.
  
  
• Our ESA (Energy Saving Agreement)
