Ron Penn, President/Owner, Aire-Flo Heating
Ron
has been in the heating and air conditioning business for over 29 years.
He has seen many changes and has kept updated on the latest and most reliable
equipment and services available. He is knowledgeable in the multifaceted
areas of the heating and air conditioning business including service,
installation, equipment and business management. Ron took over Aire-Flo
heating in 1980 and has seen his business continue to grow each year.
He has years of training and on-the-job experience, which make him a true
heating and air conditioning expert at your service. His business philosophy
is based on excellent customer service and he goes to great lengths to
ensure his customers always receive good quality service and reliable

Todd Howlett, Sales Manager, Aire-Flo Heating
Todd
has worked in the heating industry for over 22 years and has been with
Aire-Flo since 1990. His key focus in servicing the needs of his customers
is to provide excellent customer service, consistency and reliable equipment.
Todd is also well educated and trained in the many diverse aspects of
the business and continually stays abreast of new and emerging products
and services that will better serve the needs of Aire-Flo customers. He
is also available to design custom exposed duct systems. Todd handles
all new construction projects/drawings and bids as well. Todd can be reached

Brad Howlett, Comfort Consultant
Brad has over 15 years experience in the industry. His vast product knowledge
allows him to educate the homeowner and help them make the correct choice.
As a comfort consultant Brad is one of the top choices of new customers,
he is rated in the top ten percent nationally and is at his very best
when the comfort, reliability and durability of Trane equipment is proposed.
He has factory training in Trane heating / cooling products, Heat-N-Glo
hearth products and Honeywell Enviracaire air purification systems. Complete
customer satisfaction is one of Brad's goals; he will go the extra mile
for you.
Monica Howlett, Office Staff; Sales Lead Co-coordinator, Service Dispatch and Accounts Payable Clerk
Monica has many years of experience in an office environment; she is
very efficient in the scheduling a Comfort Consultants, Service Techs
or Tune Up Specialists. Her bookkeeping knowledge and computer skills
are an asset to our office staff. Monica works hard to make sure the Techs
and Consultants are on time for appointments to minimize the waiting time.

Greg Boone, Installation Foreman
Greg
has been in the heating and air conditioning business with Aire-Flo since
1989. He has steadily worked his way up in the company to the position
of Retrofit Foreman with his years of valuable on-the-job experience.
Greg is available and knowledgeable to solve any installation issues and
also can assist homeowners with various education issues.
Chris Penn, Service Technician
Chris is an RSES Certified Heat Pump Technician, and is CFC Certified and Factory Certified for Heat-N-Glo service of all hearth products. He has been working with Aire-Flo since 1988. He is knowledgable about all of Aire-Flo's products and services and is ready to serve the diverse needs of all Aire-Flo's customers.
Dave Fery, Precision Tune-Up Specialist
Dave came to us leaving a career in distribution. His ability to adapt to a new career is beyond expectations. He has mastered his position and is currently training for a Service Tech position. When Dave leaves a job he knows the equipment is operating at it's peak performance and customer satisfaction is very important to him. Dave also has the ability to spot equipment that needs to be replaced and can quote you on the latest from Trane, Heat-N-Glo and Honeywell. Dave is a big hit with the customers, and has received many letters praising his efforts.
