Comfort Optimizer Version 2.01 (release date 11-15-04)
Note: Before installing you MUST have Comfort Optimizer 2.0 already installed.
This is a Free update for any customer who currently owns the 2.0 version. If you own the 1.0 version, contact our technical support staff (877-816-6649) to receive a full install CD (there is a $10 fee for it).

Click on the “save” option to save the update to your desktop.
Important: You must know what version of Pocket PC you have. To do this, on the handheld go to the START – SETTINGS- SYSTEM than select ABOUT. If the version is 3.(bunch of numbers), than you have the 2002 version. If the version is 4.(bunch of numbers) you have the 2003 version
Installation Instructions:
- Make sure that your handheld unit is turned on and connected to your computer. The ActiveSync window should show “connected” in it.
- Run the update, by double clicking on it.
- Follow the installation wizard’s instruction (do not change the installation paths, unless you know why you are changing them)
- When prompted on the screen, look to your handheld device for any instructions. (If asked to replace a specific file, select the “Replace All” option).
- Once the installation is complete, go through the synchronizing process in the Comfort Optimizer on your computer and run a load calc!
Major features in the 2.01 update:
- Removed the prompt asking you to save each time you leave a screen.
- Added a save button in the top right corner on each component screen.
- Remove drop downs that are not needed.
- Added a save button on the initial design parameter screen
- Changed the Detailed summary to show the building components on each
