Duties, Roles, & Responsibilities
- Perform sales calls on leads
- Responsible for processing orders for all products according to Company
policies
- Attend and participate in all sales/marketing meetings
- Use lead tracking system provided by Company
- Monitor, document and perform follow-up sequence on all leads given
- Maintain and process all paperwork for financing when applicable
- Keep knowledgeable and up to date on all opportunities
- Educate all callers about our products and services according to Company
policies
- Generate work order job packet from order forms upon receiving payment
- Properly complete all paperwork
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns, assure 100% customer satisfaction
- Follow up contact with customer on each product sold (Thank you cards
or letters)
- Acquire customer referrals and quotes
- Create, design and implement new programs to gain new customers
- Maintain and promote positive image of Company
- Other duties as assigned

Lead Implementation Technician
Reports to
- Implementation Manager or Company President
Primary functions
- Resolve external customer technical issues with patience and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical problems through information gathering,
test labs, and other means as necessary and document solutions and
workarounds.
- Document customer experiences, common user errors and frequently
encountered conditions in our knowledge base.
- Assist and advise product designers with installation and deployment
related issues.
- Help ensure that customers are getting the most from their investment
through training and advice.
- Record all communications with customers in Help Desk software.
- Document and disseminate technical resolutions on all products throughout
organization in a timely manner.
- Assist in the design and implementation of company IS strategy and
systems as directed by Manager.
- Assist in the design and implementation of company network security
as directed by Manager.
- Build and configure computer products for external and internal customers.
- Assist in developing and improving company IS procedures.
- Assist in administering servers, network applications and components.
- Assist with IS support and training to all internal customers.
- Train other Implementation Associates on technical procedures, applications
and components of company’s software products.
- Make a positive impact on all customers.
- Advise and recommend software and hardware products that will enhance
and extend customers’ business processes.
- Promote and recommend software and hardware products in our product
line.
- Provide training, coaching, and advice to implementation specialists
and other help desk team members.
Secondary functions
- Testing and documentation of company developed products.
- Research new technologies to implement in company’s products.
- Recommend and promote company’s support services to external
customers.
- Assist with new product development at various levels.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years help desk or product support experience.
- MCSE certification or 2 different MCP certifications
